A reputable construction company in Herzliya is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tiling and must be able to work independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary starting at 1500$ per month, with the possibility for growth based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas according to blueprints or design plans
- Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, cleaning and leveling the area
- Mix and apply adhesive materials to secure tiles in place
- Install ceramic, porcelain, or marble tiles using various techniques such as cutting, drilling, and shaping
- Ensure tile placement is even and level using tools such as levels and spacers
- Grout tiles and clean up excess grout to achieve a smooth finish
- Repair or replace damaged tiles when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tiling
- Extensive knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, grouts, and tools used for tiling
- Ability to read blueprints or design plans and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, kneel, lift heavy objects, and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues that may arise during the tiling process

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ceramic, porcelain, or marble tiles is highly preferred
- Knowledge of safety procedures when handling tools and working on construction sites
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if necessary
