Construction Project Manager
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Albena. Your main duty will be to plan, organize, and manage the overall development and completion of projects within budget and on schedule. You will work closely with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resources
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Coordinate with design teams to ensure project drawings and specifications are accurate
- Prepare and negotiate contracts with contractors/vendors/suppliers
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Manage project budgets and make necessary adjustments to meet financial targets
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role in Albena preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
- Ability to read architectural drawings
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Albena
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Albena (Preferably Filipino or Kenyan nationals)
