Floral Designer



We are seeking a talented and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Moscow. As a floral designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. Your role will involve designing and arranging flowers, selecting appropriate colors and styles, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Design and create arrangements for weddings, parties, corporate events, funerals, and other occasions
- Select flowers, greens, ribbons, vases, and other materials needed for arrangements
- Ensure all designs are in line with client's budget and vision
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends in floral design
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of orders
- Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of different types of flowers, greens, colors, and textures
- Proficiency in creating various types of arrangements including bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong creative skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client's needs and preferences
- Good physical stamina as the job involves standing for long periods of time

Education:
A degree or certification in floristry or related field is preferred but not required. Previous experience as a florist or training from a reputable flower shop would also be considered.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1500$ per month along with bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Moscow. While we welcome candidates from all nationalities who meet the job requirements, preference will be given to Indian candidates due to visa restrictions.

Accommodation:
We offer free accommodation for the duration of the contract.

Visa:
Candidates must have a valid work visa for Russia or be willing to obtain one on their own.
