Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager



We are in need of a dynamic and experienced Part-Time Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Fonvieille. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for our hotel. This is a part-time position, offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month, plus accommodation, visa sponsorship, and flight tickets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for business growth
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure maximum profitability for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to create promotional packages and events
- Monitor sales performance and make adjustments as needed to meet targets
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (French is an asset)
- Available to work on weekends and holidays when necessary
