IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all information technology systems within the company. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the IT department in line with company objectives
- Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and training as needed
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems as needed
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Extensive knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Umm-Salal (Candidates from other cities are welcome to apply)

Nationality Preference: Pakistani

English Requirement: Fluency in English is not required but preferred
