Factory Line Worker

A factory in Nairobi is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Line Worker to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. The ideal candidate must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Monitor product quality and report any issues to the supervisor
- Package finished products for shipping
- Assist in loading and unloading materials
- Keep track of inventory levels and inform management when supplies are low

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or production setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
