Junior Commercial Architect - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are in search of a talented and driven Junior Commercial Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Junior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and planning of commercial buildings, ensuring that they meet the needs and preferences of our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in the field of architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts for commercial projects
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes
- Assist with creating detailed drawings and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Attend client meetings and make presentations to showcase design proposals
- Monitor project progress and provide support to ensure timely completion within budget
- Work closely with contractors and other professionals involved in the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Dickirch, Luxembourg. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who are legally allowed to work in Luxembourg.
