Nurse Supervisor

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure quality care for patients
- Monitor patient care plans and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Lead by example in providing compassionate and efficient care to patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a nurse supervisor or in a similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, techniques, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology

Preferred:
- Fluent in Malayalam or Filipino language
- Prior experience working with non-native English speaking patients
- Experience working with freshers or new nurses
