We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the African region. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in Africa
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and coaching as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the African market
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to lead a team effectively and motivate them towards success
- Willingness to travel frequently within Africa

Salary: $1300 per month, with accommodation provided.
