Job Title: Junior Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Web Designer to join our dynamic team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Junior Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing visually appealing and user-friendly websites for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user-friendly websites for clients using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure website functionality meets client requirements
- Create engaging visual designs that align with client branding and marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
- Conduct regular testing to ensure website functionality across multiple browsers and devices
- Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for client approval
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in web design or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in web design or front-end development
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Joomla
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
