A reputable construction company in Kaunas is seeking experienced and hardworking Concrete Workers to join our team. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete on various construction sites. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare concrete surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and smoothing them
- Measure and cut rebar to required lengths for reinforcement
- Set up forms to hold concrete in place using various tools such as planks and nails
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or concrete pumps
- Smooth and level the surface of freshly poured concrete using hand trowels or power tools
- Apply curing and sealing compounds to protect the surface of the concrete
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use

Requirements:
- Previous experience in concrete work is preferred but not required
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects repeatedly throughout the day
- Familiar with different types of tools used in concrete work such as trowels, screeds, and power saws
- Ability to read blueprints or construction plans is an asset
- Must have good communication skills and be able to follow instructions accurately
