Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our growing team in Kaunas. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and restaurants. Your main responsibilities will include creating project plans, collaborating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Excellent design skills and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project
- Develop project plans, including site analysis, concept designs, and construction documents
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD or other software
- Work closely with contractors to ensure that projects are executed according to plan
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timelines are met
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1100$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This position is located in Kaunas but we welcome candidates from all over India who have a valid work visa.

Note: English proficiency is not required for this position.
