Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling the hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. They will develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key partners to generate sales and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. This is a full-time position located in Kaunas, with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other potential partners
- Conduct site visits for potential clients and showcase the hotel's facilities
- Negotiate contracts and rates with clients to ensure profitability
- Monitor market trends and competition to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Deep understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
- Biometric passport or valid work permit for non-EU citizens
