Job Title: Loader Operator



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to load and unload materials on construction sites in Siauliai. Your duties will include safely and efficiently operating loaders, performing routine maintenance on equipment, and ensuring materials are loaded and unloaded according to specifications. You will play a crucial role in the construction process by ensuring materials are properly handled and transported.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loaders to load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction supplies
- Perform daily inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to keep it in good condition
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Communicate with supervisors about any issues or concerns with equipment or materials

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience operating heavy machinery, preferably loaders
- Ability to read and understand instructions and safety procedures in English
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Must be willing to work in Siauliai
- Must have valid visa or be willing to obtain one
