We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our metal fabrication company in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using various welding techniques to fabricate and assemble metal products according to specifications. This role requires someone with strong attention to detail and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform welding tasks using various techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Operate hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth metal
- Inspect completed products for quality assurance
- Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Welder or similar role in metal fabrication
- Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
