Junior Civil Engineer



We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will work under the direction of senior engineers and project managers to assist in the design, planning, and construction of various civil engineering projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and analysis of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather data for project planning
- Prepare drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates on project progress
- Attend meetings and presentations to share technical information and recommendations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This is a contract job located in Washington, D.C. Accommodation will not be provided.
