We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer service team in Las Vegas. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives
- Monitor and assess individual and team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed
- Ensure that all customer inquiries are handled promptly and effectively
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex or escalated issues
- Maintain accurate records of team performance and report on key metrics
- Assist with training and onboarding of new team members
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship or accommodation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Experience working in the hospitality or tourism industry
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish)
