We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English speaking professionals, specifically targeting Malayalees. Your main goal will be to ensure the team's success by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve targets and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of English speaking professionals, focusing on Malayalee employees
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and targets
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to team members
- Monitor performance and provide regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the team

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Malayalam is preferred
- Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar role
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
