Construction Project ManagerJob Description:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in Al Buraymi, Oman. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed within budget, on schedule and to the required quality standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop their career in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timelines are met
- Develop project budgets and track expenses throughout the course of the project
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols on site
- Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and address any concerns or issues that may arise
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes and regulations
Salary:
This position offers a salary of 1700$ per month.
Location:
This role is based in Al Buraymi, Oman.
Preference:
This position is open to Nepali candidates who are fluent in English. Accommodation will not be provided, but the company will provide a free visa and ticket for selected candidates. Freshers without prior experience in the construction industry are welcome to apply.
