Administrator for International Contract in Sofia, Bulgaria
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our international team on a contract basis in Sofia, Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members and ensuring smooth operations of our office. Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Assisting with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports
- Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies when needed
- Coordinating travel arrangements for team members
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Flexibility to work on a contract basis without accommodation provided
Preferred:
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment
- Fluency in another language besides English
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

This is a contract position with an initial duration of 6 months. The contract may be extended based on performance.
