We are in need of an organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team in Sofia. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$. We welcome applications from non-native English speakers, as long as you possess strong English communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals without previous experience looking to gain valuable office administration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and maintaining inventory
- Schedule appointments and meetings, and maintain calendars for various team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including answering phones, emails, and faxes
- Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks by team members
- Maintain records and files accurately according to company policies
- Help with travel arrangements for team members when needed
- Provide general administrative support to all departments

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field are a plus
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Friendly attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping principles
- Knowledge of Bulgarian language is preferred but not required
