We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Blast Furnace Operator to join our team at our steel production facility in Osijek, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the blast furnace equipment and systems to ensure efficient and safe production of steel.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor the furnace equipment, including charging raw materials, controlling temperatures, and tapping molten metal
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on furnace equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Monitor and adjust furnace processes to maintain quality standards and production targets
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Blast Furnace Operator in a steel production facility
- Knowledge of blast furnace operations, including charging, tapping, and temperature control
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents related to furnace operations
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Osijek, Croatia. Preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in or willing to relocate to this location.
