Blast Furnace Operator/Technician

We are seeking a hardworking and experienced Blast Furnace Operator/Technician to join our team in Osijek, Croatia. As a Blast Furnace Operator/Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blast furnace equipment and machinery to produce iron or steel. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Operate blast furnace equipment according to standard procedures
- Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, and flow rates to ensure efficient production
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on blast furnace equipment
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate records of production data and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a blast furnace setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Physically fit and able to work in a hot, noisy, and physically demanding environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid work permit/visa for Croatia

This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. We welcome applications from Malayalees who are fluent in English. Previous experience in blast furnace operations is preferred but not required as on-the-job training will be provided.
