Office Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Funchal. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month, and visa sponsorship is available for non-residents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and ensure their availability at all times
- Keep track of office expenses and prepare budget reports
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Maintain records of employee attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations
- Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients or other external parties
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for freshers to gain experience in an office setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
