Contract Administrator - Gujrat, India
The Contract Administrator will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our company's contracts in Gujrat, India. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month, including accommodation and visa sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely execution of contracts
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and records
- Monitor contract performance and make necessary adjustments as needed
- Communicate any changes or updates to relevant parties in a timely manner
- Identify potential risks or issues with contracts and develop solutions to mitigate them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contracts align with business objectives
- Prepare reports on contract status, key metrics, and analysis for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Hindi or Gujarati is preferred
