Operations Manager

We are in search of an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in El-Ain. As a leading company in the region, we are committed to providing the highest quality services to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity, and continuously improving processes. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve company goals
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supply chain activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes and make recommendations for optimization
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations management or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements
- Experience in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain activities is preferred but not required
