Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping the land, using specialized equipment and tools. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are built according to specifications and within legal boundaries. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent mathematical skills, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using precision equipment, such as total stations and GPS devices
- Analyze survey data and create detailed maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries and legal descriptions of land
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Work closely with other professionals involved in construction projects, such as engineers and architects
- Ensure that all surveying work is completed accurately and within legal boundaries
- Maintain accurate records of all surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is a plus, but not required
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to use specialized surveying tools
- Proficiency in computer programs used for surveying, such as AutoCAD or GIS software
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with team members effectively

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1700 per month.

Nationality:
Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan.
