Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Las Vegas. Your duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating construction activities, managing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will also be responsible for hiring and supervising subcontractors, negotiating contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise during the project.

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong leadership and communication skills are also essential for effectively managing teams and communicating with clients. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is required to ensure compliance throughout the project.
