Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Mombasa, Kenya
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mombasa. This part-time position is suitable for men with experience in administrative roles.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in English is preferred but not required. This job is suitable for men who can work independently and efficiently. Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails from clients and colleagues
- Organize files and documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain office supplies inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
Compensation:
This part-time position offers a salary of $900 per month.
