Part-Time Office Manager in Faisalabad
We are currently hiring a Part-Time Office Manager for our growing company in Faisalabad. This position offers flexible hours, allowing for a good work-life balance. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures, managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient and effective office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other stakeholders as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely manner
- Create reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting software
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively
- Prior experience handling confidential information with discretion is preferred
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Faisalabad. However, due to the current COVID situation, remote work arrangements may be considered.
