Vehicle Rental Coordinator

As a Vehicle Rental Coordinator at our rental company in Dubrovnik, you will be responsible for coordinating the rental of various vehicles to customers. This is a full-time position that requires fluency in English and experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries regarding vehicle rental
- Process rental agreements and collect necessary information from customers
- Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and inventory
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the rental process
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the rental process

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Prior experience in the vehicle rental industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Customer service oriented mindset

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

This job is located in Dubrovnik, Croatia.
