Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and profitability of our restaurant located in Braga. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness. You will manage a team of servers, cooks, and other staff members to achieve this goal.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Creating and maintaining a positive work environment for all team members
- Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising all restaurant staff
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conducting regular inventory checks and ordering supplies as needed
- Handling guest inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through various channels
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food service industry is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a diverse team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and POS software is an asset
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Salary: $1500/month
This is a part-time job with approximately 30 hours per week. The schedule may vary depending on business needs.
