We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Faro, Portugal. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and managing all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. This includes ensuring projects are completed within budget and on schedule, as well as maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of project stakeholders. A valid work visa for Portugal is required.

Salary: 1600$ per month

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with all levels of project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on project status to upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints
- Familiarity with project management software
