Part-Time Civil Engineer



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Civil Engineer to join our team in La-Condamine. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible hours and the chance to work on a variety of projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the design, planning, and construction of various civil engineering projects. This may include roads, bridges, buildings, or other structures. You will work closely with our team of engineers and project managers to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Assisting with the preparation of engineering designs, plans, and calculations
- Collaborating with other engineers and project managers to develop project timelines and budgets
- Overseeing construction activities to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards
- Performing quality control checks on materials and workmanship
- Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (French language skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
