We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship for Indian candidates.
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and ensuring they meet their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and develop relationships to secure new business
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to make strategic decisions
- Train, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Create monthly reports on sales performance and present them to upper management
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales management
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the hospitality industry
- Ability to travel for business purposes if required
