Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel services to potential clients in order to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong sales background and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Build relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking events
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable for the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure excellent service delivery to clients
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market, preferably with contacts in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia if required
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month plus commission based on performance. This is an urgent position so candidates who can join immediately will be given preference. Candidates must also be fluent in English.
