Hotel Sales Manager - Riyadh
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase market share. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments to create attractive packages and promotions
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Hotel Sales Manager
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
