We are in search of a skilled Puncher to join our team in Split, Croatia. As a Puncher, you will be responsible for punching holes and performing other metalworking tasks on various materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand tools and machinery to punch holes in various materials such as metal, plastic, and wood
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine hole placement
- Measure and mark materials accurately before punching holes
- Operate punch press machines and other equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance
- Clean and maintain work area and tools regularly
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Puncher or similar role preferred
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (ruler, caliper)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Attention to detail with strong hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
