We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Washington. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various architectural projects, including residential and commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other design professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Develop initial concepts and designs for architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings and models using AutoCAD or Revit
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Ensure that all designs meet building codes and regulations

This is a contract job with a salary of $1000 per month. Accommodation will not be provided. We welcome applicants from Egypt or Nepal who have the required experience for this position. Fluency in English is required, as you will be communicating with clients from different backgrounds.
