Loader Operator - Lom, India

We are in need of a hardworking and reliable Loader Operator to join our team in Lom, India. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, and other construction materials. The ideal candidate should have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including loaders to move materials around the construction site
- Load and unload materials onto trucks or other equipment
- Conduct routine maintenance on the equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating the equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Salary: $1600 per month

This is a full-time position with regular working hours. We welcome applicants without prior experience as we will provide on-the-job training.
