Sales Manager for International Company in St-Petersburg



We are a leading international company based in St-Petersburg, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with strong communication and leadership skills to drive sales and contribute to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve targets
- Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure success
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity, adjusting strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to business development
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month, plus commission on sales. In addition, we provide accommodation for our employees.
