Job Title: Senior Architect - Contract Position in Gujrat



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat on a contract basis. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, working closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and develop architectural designs and plans for projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Work closely with contractors to ensure designs are implemented correctly
- Lead a team of architects and engineers in project planning and execution
- Review and approve construction materials and methods
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years experience as an Architect, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
