Senior Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Gujrat. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, from residential to commercial buildings. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other architects to develop innovative and functional designs that meet their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and vision for the project
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess potential challenges
- Work closely with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Manage a team of architects and provide guidance on design concepts
- Review project progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and timelines
- Communicate with contractors and vendors to obtain quotes for materials and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an architect in a similar role
- Proficient in using AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: $1200 per month
