Entry-Level Construction Manager
As an entry-level construction manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the beautiful city of Fonvieille. While experience in the field is not required, a strong work ethic and desire to learn are a must. You will work closely with a team of experienced construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating project schedules and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any delays or issues that arise
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and progress
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to make necessary adjustments to project plans
- Keep detailed records of project expenses and communicate updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on challenging tasks
- Basic knowledge of construction principles and techniques (can be acquired through coursework or previous internships)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Must be able to obtain proper work authorization for Fonvieille
