Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as office buildings, shopping centers, and hotels. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and vision for the project, and then create detailed plans and drawings that meet their requirements and comply with all building codes and regulations. In addition, you will collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their project needs and vision
- Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial building projects
- Ensure all plans comply with building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Oversee construction progress to ensure it aligns with plans
- Address any issues or changes that arise during construction process
- Manage project budget and timeline

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Extensive knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit or other design software
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome applications from candidates of any nationality who have legal authorization to work in the USA. This position does not require fluency in English but basic communication skills are preferred.
