The restaurant is currently hiring for the position of a Waiter/Waitress in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while taking orders and serving food and beverages to customers. This role requires someone who is fluent in English and has experience working in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure that all orders are prepared according to customer's preferences
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Provide suggestions for menu items and upsell special promotions
- Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, menus, and dining area
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit card machines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail when taking orders and serving food/beverages
- Flexibility to work different shifts including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

This is not a live-in position, so accommodation will not be provided.
