Architecture Manager - Vianden, Canada


We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Vianden, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects, including residential and commercial buildings.

Key responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects and engineers to develop designs and plans for new construction projects
- Manage the budget and timeline for each project, ensuring that all work is completed on schedule and within budget
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all work meets quality standards
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on complex projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in architecture management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position with potential for long-term employment. Accommodation will not be provided.
