Skilled Handyman in Herzliya


We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Herzliya. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$. No English language skills are required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Repair or replace broken fixtures and appliances
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any potential issues or repairs needed
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests from tenants or property owners
- Keep track of inventory and purchase necessary materials for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently and in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Basic understanding of building systems and structures
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must have own tools and transportation

Preferred:
- Experience working with rental properties or in the hospitality industry
- Basic understanding of Hebrew language
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
