As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with clients, designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts
- Lead a team of architects and designers in creating detailed plans and drawings
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and construction methods
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Review and approve contractor bids and negotiate contracts
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is in accordance with plans and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design or project management
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month.

This position is located in Oslo, Norway.
