Experienced Construction Manager in Salalah, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Salalah, Oman. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising various construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects according to client requirements and budget constraints
- Oversee all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
- Ensure that all safety regulations and building codes are followed on site
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress of projects
- Review project plans and drawings to identify potential issues or changes needed
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget goals
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients and communicate project updates regularly
- Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software such as AutoCAD or Primavera P6 is a plus
